Property was a stones throw from the beach. Unreal location with great food options at a walking distance. Also a 15-20 min walk to Arugam Bay point for surfing. Staff were very accomodating.

Clean and spacious family room incl. AC. Lot of space, everything important was available. Probably one of the best room in that area. Very friendly and helpful staff. Food and kitchen was very delicious. Sam was a great surfteacher who helped organizing wonderful trips and surf experience. He cared very much about our family, played with the kids and gave us very cool tips and advice organized cool safari trip and driver to our next destination. Highly recommended!
